Private Punishment
Private property is one of the greatest protectors of personal freedom that mankind enjoys. Eminent Domain is annother principle that has exceedingly limited application. Unfortunately, just like the Commerce Clause, it has been utilized for things that are absolutely preposterous. This is not the first abuse, and I fear it will not be the last.
